INFOR Partner VPN Portal

Infor now requires the use of Two Factor Authentication (TFA) for business partner access to internal resources in Infor. For new accounts please follow the enrollment steps in the instruction guide referenced in the link below prior to attempting to connect to VPN. The enrollment connections only work for completion of the enrollment process and will not function as your normal VPN connection for gaining access to Infor. Once enrollment is completed, you should then be able to connect to Infor partner VPN using the Cisco Anyconnect client with TFA. Please follow the instruction document very carefully to insure a successful TFA enrollment.

Enrollment instructions: Two Factor Authentication Setup for business partners (Ctrl-click to launch in separate window)

After TFA enrollment, your connection will download and install the Cisco Anyconnect client. For Java security issues during installation, please refer to the workaround document here. You should already have received from the IT helpdesk your account/password and the group you need to select during login. The login groups are described below:

Group name   Description
Std_Partner_Ext Default group for most users (externals domain)
Sup_Partner_Ext Legacy group for support partners (externals domain)
Std_Partner_Int Group for users requiring internal accounts
Sup_Partner_Int Legacy group for support partners requiring internal accounts
SWVendor Specialized group for vendor access

Login to VPN using the account and password that has been assigned to you, but follow the TFA instructions for use of the "second password" field.

After the Anyconnect client has been installed, you should connect to Infor each time using the client rather than the web page. Anyconnect will download a profile that will show the regional Infor partner VPNs (AM, EMEA, APAC) in a dropdown box. You should always connect to the VPN within your region for the reason that access is not the same on each VPN, and the resources you need access to were probably configured on the VPN within your region only. The downloaded profile will also set a login timeout of 60 seconds to allow sufficient time to complete a TFA login.

Note that the VPN methods provided via this site have been certified for use with Windows and Apple operating systems. If you connect to Infor partner VPN with a non-Infor provided piece of equipment, please ensure that your system is current with all appropriate system updates and that you have valid and current anti-virus protection on your system.
